I have worked with both Chris and Ross several times over the past year or so on the purchase of real estate properties for rental purposes. Between these two real estate professionals they have all the combined knowledge you would ever need for pretty much any type of transaction. Some of the properties I purchased were short sales and Chris was able to help get the short sale closed quickly (even though I was on the buyers side) by assisting and providing in depth knowledge to both myself (in what red flags to look out for) and to the sellers agent working the short sale. He was able to advise on issues I should look out for and what to be aware of as a buyer on a short sale transaction which in one case prevented me from getting bogged down in a short sale transaction that would not have closed. Chris has also helped several people I know with locating rental properties and always to their satisfaction, often when other agents have been unable to do so. Ross was able to bring me properties quickly and efficiently that met my cap rate requirements and then turn around and rent them for me, quicker and for higher value than I had anticipated. I highly recommend either or both of these professionals.
