Rosemarie fit our need perfectly. She was proactive, communicated well and often and was our advocate with the Seller's broker; so much so that her persistence and understanding the entire transaction, including OUR desire, ultimately led to the Seller agreeing to the counterproposal. Even when we encountered a few challenges, Rosemarie stepped up and went out of her way to reach resolution and then followed up to ensure we were happy with the resolution. Excellent experience and we would and will recommend Rosemarie and Susan Brubaker to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Being in the service industry myself, I believe recommending someone after having an experience with that person is the highest form of appreciation and thankfulness.
