Rita I. Palm CoastWe are from another state and, having vacationed in the Palm Coast area for the past several years, we met Rose for the first time at an Open House a couple of years ago. We did not buy that house, but Rose stayed in touch with us. Fast forward to 2020 and we again were looking to buy a house in Palm Coast. Despite the Covid 19 situation and the extremely fast moving real estate market, Rose really listened to our wants, needs, and desires -- and was able to find the perfect house for us! She has been an incredible resource and of great help to us, before, during and after our purchase. Her recommendations for everything from where to stay when we came in town, to painting, flooring, and pool contractors have been invaluable to us. Rose is honest, communicative, patient, personable, and strives to meet her customers'™ needs - a truly outstanding realtor and proven professional that we are proud to recommend.
