Roseann Cervoni is an exceptional real estate agent. To my family and me, at a time when we were desperately looking for a new place for my mother and sister to call home, she was our angel. In Rockland county, the apartments are highly sought after and taken off the market very quickly. Yet despite these odds, Roseann went above and beyond always to ensure we had a real fighting chance. She set up countless apartment tours, advocated on our behalf, and made every effort to help us stand out in each apartment application we completed. I cannot recommend Roseann enough for everything she did for us. Now my mother and sister are living comfortably in their dream apartment. As a daughter and a sister, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Roseann Cervoni for all your real estate needs.
