This very positive testimonial is long overdue for Rose Ann. She sold my apartment on W 86th St. last spring. It sold in 3 weeks!!! She was so helpful, suggesting ways to spruce up my apartment for show for their many open houses. Rose Ann was always professional and excellent in vetting out who were serious potential buyers and worked tirelessly following up with them. - LB
