Ron and Evelyn were responsive and helpful. They made the process easy when it could’ve been quite complex. Evelyn was extraordinarily helpful. She was always available to answer our questions and alay our concerns. We selected Evelyn in the first place because of her reputation as an honest, but tough negotiator. Our concerns had been that the buyers VHA loan made the process unfairly biased against us. At each step of the way, she and Ron reassured us that the process would be equitable. They also arranged early closing for us to accommodate our departure needs, and they have remained available for any post signing concerns.
