We had the best experience working with Patty Fuscerello to purchase our new home in Millville. Her years of professional experience, attention to detail, and caring demeanor were both impressive and appreciated. Patty stayed committed to us through a difficult buyer's market when we found ourselves outbidded on several occasions. Then the excitement came when we found a home we loved. We had to make an offer quickly, and Patty handled it beautifully. Our offer was accepted against others, and Patty played a crucial role in making that happen. We closed yesterday with Patty at the table beside us. All details went according to plan, and it was a very positive, enjoyable experience. Patty knows her stuff, and she is an impressive lady who is on her game. We recommend both Patty and The Ron Bruce Team without hesitation. In a sea of realtors to pick from, they really shine.
