After visiting the Reno area for a few years we decided it would be our future retirement City. As being California residents we didn’t know any Real Estate agent in the area but, one day talking with a friend she gave us strong recommendations to work with Robert Skinner form Reno Intero Real Estate Services. We are so happy we met Rob for our Real Estate services, Rob is the nicest person, friendly and resourceful, and with impressive energy and perseverance, he responds quickly and provides you the information you are looking for no matter when, day-night or weekend, he is always available. Rob provides you with comprehensive reports showing the comparable home sales within the area and suggests the actual value of the property based on the existing conditions and marketability in the area, so you can be comfortable with a proposed offer. He helped us to find a beautiful home, and refer us with efficient and cost-effective resources for inspections, repairs, Escrow, and Loan agents, making the process so easy and fast; we were able to close in less than 30 days and be able to enjoy the house ever since. As we learned Rob’s experience with the market trends and investment properties we started to explore to purchase a rental property in the area. Rob searched for opportunities in the area that meet our criteria and prepared complete Pro forma reports showing the generating income, expenses, and Cap. rate so we could evaluate the return of the investment and make the right decisions. Rob’s professionalism, honesty, and expertise in the market give you the security and confidence you need to pursue any Property transaction. I highly recommend using his Real Estate Services, Rob is the best!
