We worked with Bob Ramalho for exactly one year, hoping to sell our house and buy one in a nearby community. Throughout the process, we faced numerous challenges, including low inventory, being outbid on a couple of properties, and having our buyers’ buyers fall through. Despite these obstacles, Bob remained fully committed to helping us. He took us to every property we were interested in, arranged multiple open houses at our home whenever we requested them, and was always available to answer questions or offer advice. His dedication never wavered, even when we were starting to lose hope. As we were getting close to giving up, Bob found our dream house. It wasn’t even listed for sale, but thanks to Bob’s marketing and connections, he made it happen. We were able to secure the house, and we couldn't be happier. Now, after three months in our new home, we truly feel like we’ve found our perfect place. We firmly believe that without Bob's hard work, expertise, and persistence, our dream wouldn’t have come true. We would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is a realtor who genuinely cares and delivers results.
