Moving across the country and buying a home without the opportunity to see it is extremely scary! Robert made the whole process so easy and stress free that I almost forgot I was buying a house which allowed me to concentrate on all the other things required for such a big move. He knows the people in financing and insurance around town and the process so well that I was never left without an answer to a question or having to search out a resource on my own. He responded to questions and concerns even while on vacation out of the country (not only offering real estate related support, but a fair bit of emotional support as well)! He also negotiated like he would have for his own place even when I was ready to give in and pay more. This is the guy you want in your corner.
