We met with Tina and gave her our must haves and she put together a list of really great properties. Having just moved to South Carolina and not knowing much about our new state. With Tina’s guidance navigating areas and price range, she nailed exactly what we were looking for. She managed to fill all of our needs (with having 2 large dogs) and still find a perfect place we now call home. It was a very quick purchase but she never made us feel pressured to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. We would love to thank Tina and Carolina One with assisting us in purchasing our dream home. We are in a fantastic community with very friendly neighbors.
