Rita was absolutely amazing to work with, I had to act very quickly on buying the house I purchased, there ended up being a bidding war and Rita presented the winning offer at the end. Rita was professional, friendly and I was impressed on how much she knew the market and what to do. Rita knew exactly what to do in the negotiations, she is an expert in her field. I would recommend Rita for any of your real estate needs. Thank you Jeff McDaniel
