Our selling experience with Richele Lieboff was excellent. We were selling our parent's home from out of state which definitely made it more complicated for us. Richele was a dream. She took care of so many local details for us including meeting vendors at the house providing great recommendations for inspectors and cleaners and keeping us on track on necessary tasks before the closing. She is a great communicator and responds quickly to all requests. Richele has a very good handle on the local market and priced the house correctly and it sold very quickly. I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to sell their home.
