I can’t give Richard enough praise after working with him to sell a house for which I was the trustee. He was always available to answer questions or offer advice. He was knowledgeable about additional resources available in the area. Richard has a deep knowledge of the market through his life-long residence combined with long experience in real estate. I especially appreciated, and needed, the human touch that is Richard!
