Richie was amazing! He sent us listings every day, took us to see homes every week, and was very patient with us and empathetic to our individual needs. He cared about our INVESTMENT and wasn’t just trying to sell us something. When we had suspicions about a few things on a couple of places, he thoroughly investigated and provided us with truthful answers, much like a friend and again, not just another realtor trying to sell us a home. I felt that he was on our side when he had to deal with other agents. He was available day or night and worked around our hectic schedules. He really got to know us and had the answers before we could ask. Our teenage daughter was comfortable speaking to him and I love how he sincerely valued her input as well. That meant a lot to me. Richie is truly a great guy who had our backs at every moment throughout the process. And for whatever it’s worth, our little old dog liked him… and she doesn’t like anybody! I am so grateful to Richie. Recommend him 100 percent!
