My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Samantha and Reynolds on the purchase of our co-op on the Upper East Side. From the start, they were incredibly organized and intuitive. They quickly understood what my husband and I were looking for and organized showings that met all of our criteria. Our appointments were perfectly scheduled and never felt rushed. They handled our entire board package, from financials and reference letters to every required document, and we were approved in record time. We felt supported every step of the way and could reach them anytime. Wholeheartedly, we recommend Samantha and Reynolds to anyone buying or selling in New York.
