I recently had a veteran client who wasn’t quite ready to buy because they needed a little more money in order to be comfortable. Once I told them about the heroes program and looked at the amount, they were excited that it would cover the moving company expenses. This gave them that additional comfort to go ahead and purchase their new home. We were all able to move forward and get them into a home that they love.
