"I recently purchased my first home in Westchester County through Ray Lopez. Ray helped make a very challenging process much smoother, and always provided excellent advice when it comes to purchasing, and providing honest opinions about whether each home is a right fit and what price points they should be at. He also is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Co-Op market, and explained the importance of meeting the qualifications to be approved by the board, including the financials. He also will give you a comparative market analysis to help you determine what price range you should be paying when it comes to buying a place, so you don't need to stress as much over that."
