Once my wife and I came to terms with selling our family cottage last year, we had another local agent meet with us to give an appraisal and offer advice. After a whirlwind visit from that agent, we were given a value (without even seeing the whole property and shoreline) that we considered to be a number that was intended to result in a quick sale for the agent. We were coincidentally contacted the following day saying that the agent had interested buyers. We did not list with him/her and decided to keep it for another winter. The following spring, after some research and word of mouth, we contacted Ray Krupa. From the first phone call our experience could not have been better. Ray came to the meeting prepared and offered his professional opinion without any pressure. He took his time reviewing our property and offered his opinion on an asking price that reflected the property and market activity. Ray was in contact throughout the process and quick to reply to any questions/concerns. It was quite evident to us that Ray had our best interests at heart. We would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to buy, sell or just get some honest information on the market.
