Raquel was a great agent in so many ways. It is hard to express our appreciation for her skills and aid in the sale. Our situation was unique in that we were distant, meaning much of our communication was by email, phone and texts. The sale was of a relatives condominium. Always supportive and informative, providing resources and referrals for services and information. We were referred to Raquel by our local realtor and he was spot on in his recommendation! We are in the Midwest. Raquel helped us navigate the difference between our location and New Jersey with great efficiency. Again, hard to express our total appreciation for her services.
