Raj was so helpful in helping us purchase our apartment. He handled the entire purchase in an extremely professional manner. When we needed to use a different mortgage company than we had planned, he not only had the contact ready but immediately jumped on the phone and had the ball rolling for us in under a day. Raj studies the areas where he sells homes and makes sure he knows all the pros and cons. He is fully transparent and wants to make sure his client is 100% confident in their purchase before moving forward. He is extremely knowledgeable about school districts, neighboring townships, and comparable properties on the market. He’ll also go the extra mile to let you know if he thinks the property is worth the investment based on local development, etc. I highly recommend Raj to anyone looking to purchase a home.
