After 37 years we decided to sell our home. We interviewed some agents and decided on Racquel Wilder. She was very knowledgeable about our area and the current marketplace.  She did not pressure us for a signing during the meeting.  Working with her was great! you could always reach her by text or calling.  She has many contacts for repairs, painting, and moving our stuff into PODS. As it came down to crunch time when Escrow was to close the next day, she had her husband help out! She is a wonderful great person and works hard as the energizer bunny!
