Racquel is a gem of a person and an amazing realtor! She was so knowledgeable about the process, guided us every step of the way, answered all our questions and helped us sell our house quickly by giving us sound advice on absolutely everything. Without her help, our house would not have sold as quickly. She has great contacts of people she knows and works with for every task, big or small, which was essential to get the process moving and get us ready. She has excellent communication skills, kept in touch with us frequently, always followed up quickly on anything we needed or asked for and her dedication and integrity shine through every interaction. We could not have wished for a better realtor to guide us through this process and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
