Rachel made buying an investment property in a new city feel completely manageable, even from a distance. She sent us properties that fit our needs and kept us updated every step of the way. She has a grasp of the local market, values, neighborhoods, and proximity to what mattered to us, plus contacts across town that got us fast answers. She’s continued offering guidance even after closing. Knowing our property was near a filming location, Rachel shared fandom details throughout the process. After our inspection, we stumbled onto a movie being filmed a mile from our new home, and couldn’t wait to tell her. After closing, she surprised us with a thoughtful filming-related gift. As out-of-town buyers, trust was everything, and she earned it completely. Rachel made a stressful process feel smooth, and made us feel like we had a true advocate in a city we didn’t know. We’d recommend her without hesitation, especially if you’re buying from afar.
