Prem was amazing throughout the entire process of selling our property. He provided clarity, great insight, and took care of all the details while making us feel secure with every part of the process. Very likeable and excellent in communicating with his clients. Firstly, Prem, met with us to discuss and understand what our goals were in selling our condo. Once he understood our goals and needs, he created a plan and targets which he explained to us thoroughly to make sure we were on the same page. Once our condo was officially on the market for sale, Prem actively sought out potential buyers and communicated with us regularly to keep us updated on the progress. Finally, once we received offer(s) he spoke with us to strategize on how to negotiate a sale with terms and selling price that favoured and aligned to our goals. He took care of everything diligently. Overall, I would highly recommend Prem’s services and will continue to work with him on future projects as his value is tremendous. Thanks Prem!
