Pollenas position as the leading broker of residential real estate in Westchester County is well deserved. Her experience and market knowledge is vast and her advice and guidance throughout the entire marketing and closing process is invaluable. I retained Pollena as agent for the sale of my property in Larchmont Manor and had an excellent experience. Pollena is extremely professional, highly committed and intensely focused. Her comprehensive knowledge of transactions in the Westchester real estate market combined with her keen sense of market sentiment and trends make Pollena a valuable resource, particularly when seeking to develop a successful marketing strategy under challenging conditions. Pollena is also extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended Pollena to many friends and will continue to do so enthusiastically and without reservation.J.D. In Larchmont Manor
