He came in with a great presentation, and answered every question I might have had before I could ask. A robust marketing plan as presented, and executed flawlessly. My house was on the market for 3 days, shown for one afternoon, and gone before I could make it to the restaurant for lunch, but Philip wasn’t done. He helped me through the whole process of selling, and offered sage advice on the purchase side of my deal. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll miss our Tuesday calls. While I’m happy we sold so quickly, I’ll miss talking to Philip. He was just a great guy, and did everything he said he would. I never had to check in on him, because he always checked in on me.
