Philip Vimini is absolutely fantastic. He is a professional in every way and an industry expert. I’ve been on both sides of real estate transactions several times over the years and honestly I became accustomed to not being very impressed by the real estate professionals I was using. It felt like I had to do much of the work myself and no one ever seemed to have any new or unique strategies when it came to listing, marketing and selling property. However, Philip blew me away with his unique and proven methods for finding the right buyer and getting my home sold. For example, out of the gate Philip told us there would be no open houses (my wife loved that), no lock boxes on the door, and showings were always scheduled in 30 minute consecutive blocks of time so as to minimize the disruption to our family while listing our home. And as you may have read in other reviews, Philip is famous for his Tuesday night phone calls to his clients. Every Tuesday night, Philip would call us and provide status updates of our home sale process. We always knew what was happening. Even if we spoke the day before, come Tuesday evening, Philip would be calling. A genius method for keeping clients up to speed while also dedicating himself to answering any questions we might have. And the Tuesday night phone calls didn’t stop until after my property closed and the transaction was completely finalized. Honestly, after so many Tuesday night phone calls, I’ve actually come to miss those calls now that our home has been sold. I don’t think many people can say that they miss hearing from their realtor. But we do. Philip is absolutely stellar. He went above and beyond to not only sell our house, but to ensure that it closed. Those are two very different processes. And Philip did more than any other realtor I’ve ever engaged with to ensure the outcome that we wanted. The only negative thing I can say is that now the bar has been set extremely high and I have absolutely zero faith that I’ll be able to find such a quality relocation expert and real estate professional in the future as we have moved out of state. And aside from real estate, Philip is just an upstanding guy. It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know and work with Philip Vimini.
