We feel so lucky Phil was our realtor and helped us buy our first home! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the process. I knew we were in good hands after our first phone call with Phil. He sent us lots of helpful information and was so patient with our many questions as first time homebuyers. He was extremely responsive with us and everyone involved in the process. We cannot thank Phil enough for helping us buy our first home in the location we wanted despite it being a crazy market! We highly recommend him!!
