Phil Smith was everything we hoped for in a real estate professional and then some. His compassionate and honest demeanor paired with competency on the real estate market in our desired location made us feel well taken care of. Business aside, Phil is just a great person, is easy to talk to and has an excellent sense of humor. Above all else, we felt truly comfortable with Phil throughout the process.
