We were referred to Phil by a friend in Charlotte NC. What a stroke of luck for us that we mentioned we were looking in Charleston. Phil is personable, detail oriented, friendly, efficient and effective. If you can't tell already... We loved working with him! He is one of those people you fell like has been a family friend forever. He goes above and beyond ( while so many others take the short cut ). There when you need him, keeping an eye on the whole transaction , collecting information and details that might otherwise not be considered. He is a great negotiator and follows through on promises.
