Peter Saunders is an extraordinary representative of the Group. His customer service and communication skills are flawless, and I enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone seeking an agent in the area. I have no critique of Peter but rather the process as a first time home buyer. I had no experience in the process and at the closing was hit with a surprise with the closing costs. I was not aware of the option to negotiate the closing costs in the initial offer. A lot of my frustration came from the lender and others in the process assuming that we knew everything they did. Like I said, Peter was a delight to deal with and Great East Tile great! I’d just recommend to be more explanatory to individuals who have never gone through the process.
