As first time home buyers we could not be more happy with Pete. There is a lot to be said about someone who learns over multiple showings exactly the kind of place you are looking for or what might push your boundaries to view spaces we didn’t even consider but he knew we would find right up our alley. After building a rapport over multiple showings Pete was so in tuned with what we were looking for, every place we saw was a winner. Only losing on bids because of a crazy market. Pete was knowledgeable, honest with sound advice about a world we were seeing for the first time and had no idea about. He cruised us right through the finish line on a place we love. Thanks
