Petar was amazing to work with—very motivated and highly driven to help us find our commercial property. From finding the listing to making the offer, even after we initially lost out to a cash buyer, he stayed on it and helped us secure a backup offer. When the cash sale fell through, we won the property and made it all the way to closing. I highly recommend Petar and his team. Thanks, Petar — we’ll be back!
