Unfortunately my aunt passed and she had a number of properties that we had to sell. Peggy was nothing short of phenomenal. She was exceptionally sensitive to the situation and helped make the process flow as smoothly as possible. She was very hands on and was Always available and accessible. We always felt reassured and comfortable that Peggy was working in our best interest. We were amazed at how well networked she was and the resources that she had access to, everything from structural engineers, plumbers, roofers, to appraisers. Her knowledge of the local market was exceptional but also had a good pulse on the broader real estate landscape. We would absolutely use Peggy again for future real estate needs and highly recommend her to others.
