It's going to be a new families first home. They'll get to know their neighbors, they'll exchange glanced and wave to each other in passing. When the snow comes,I'm sure they'll help each other shovel snow. From the moment Paulette Kowalski entered our space and gave us reassurance that she can sell a home/ duplex we were thinking of listing,we felt comfortable. No judgements about the dust that accumulated over the years. She gave us helpful hints and advice as to some things we could do to make it an easy transaction. This house was always a secure place. Families always felt comfortable. Others always found comfort. Paulette made us comfortable to let the system work. We had a few uncomfortable times when showing the place. A phone call to Paulette always was returned promptly and we were calmed down by her professional response. When we were confused she put us at ease. She is who we reached out to for small answers to our important questions. She answered us honestly . We trusted her fully. She has the knowledge and expertise to look you straight in the eyes and say it like it. This will always be a home for someone else now. If it's possible to love a house. I sure loved that house and I'm happy we had Paulette to make it easy for us. Thanks for everything. Looking forward to having you list what I thought would be my final home...forever thankful for not just being our realator but also being a friend.. You are the person of comfort.
