It is with great pleasure that i write a testimonial for Mr. Paul Kolbusz. Paul"s many years in the real estate market reflected in his knowledge of competitive pricing, marketing and knowledge of my particular building, the Sheffield. Paul was easy to reach and returned my texts ,emails and phone calls promptly. His list of resources proved to be beneficial since I hired Ms. Karen Fisch to help stage my apartment and coordinate repairs when i was unavailable. in summary, I would highly recommend Paul as a well-seasoned realtor!
