We had great experience working with Paul Simmons. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable person and was very easy to work with. He was very helpful every step of the way - from pricing the house, to staging it, dealing with showings, working through the negotiations. Paul was ready to listen and consider our views, and at the same time had exactly the right advice when we needed it. His pricing suggestion was spot on, and his knowledge of engineering details was unsurpassed. Will gladly do business with Paul again, and highly recommend to anyone who needs a realtor
