Patty has been WONDERFUL every step of the way! I met her two years ago before even having an idea when I would be ready to sell my home. She took time with me to insure that I had all of the information I needed. I told her that when the time came, I would call her. I'm sure many people promise to do this and then forget, but I didn't. I saw Patty again a few months ago. I told her then I was getting "close" to ready, and I hoped to be on the market by August 1st. We were on the market July 31st, with a contract on August 1st. It doesn't get much better than that!
