Patrick is a top-tier agent who sold our Chicago condo. Patrick is highly responsive, knows the marks, and is an excellent negotiator. With just two private same-day showings from Patrick's ability to list on the TAN, we received a full price offer from a credited buyer which ended up going higher than list during negotiations. Patrick understands the Chicago market and has an impressive network of contacts.
