Recently Pat helped my fiancé and I sell and buy a home. He was easily available to set up showings within a day when we were eager to see a new listing. He helped with negotiations down to the last couple days of closing and we're forever grateful for all his help and hard work! We will definitely use Pat for any future listings or purchasing and will always refer him to friends and family looking to sell our buy. You will be in great hands with Pat as your realtor!
