I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida and we were moving to Tennessee. I needed an expert in the Nashville area, and I was fortunate to be teamed with Patrick Pruett and his team at Woodmont Realty. I wanted and demanded the best, because I am familiar with this process, albeit in an entirely different market. Patrick Pruett and his team at Woodmont Realty were paramount in making our deal a success. Patrick spent as much time as we needed and was ALWAYS accessible and communicative throughout the process. He never rushed us and worked tirelessly to find homes when the many initial searches were unsuccessful. He never got frustrated or discouraged when the homes weren't right. He kept finding new properties for us to tour. In all, we took three visits to the Nashville area to look for homes. Moving from Orlando to the Nashville area was intimidating, but Patrick is a Nashville native, and his knowledge of the area was ESSENTIAL in finding our final landing spot. His team also possessed the necessary experience to guide us through this process. Although Patrick was our agent, we had access to and support from many members of the Woodmont Realty team whenever necessary. Their knowledge, professionalism, experience, patience, and kindness guided us through the entire process successfully. There were significant obstacles in this purchase (not on our end), and they frequently reassured us that they were working to resolve these issues. Thanks to Patrick and Woodmont Realty, we have our ideal home in Franklin, Tennessee. I highly recommend Woodmont Realty with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for your real estate needs.
