Patrick helped me get into my first home, I had no idea how the process was supposed to go, but he walked me through the process and made it so easy. He was also very accommodating with my schedule and showed me houses late at night even though it may not have been convenient for him. Very selfless and not pushy at all, pointed out things I need to look out for and was always on the hunt for listings. He also has a great circle of other agents who would let him know about houses not on the market yet, which gave us an opportunity to look before others. I cannot recommend him enough, he was great.
