I am a real estate attorney in Manhattan and I have worked with hundreds of real estate brokers over my decades long career. Pat Garrity is one of the most outstanding I have met. I feel lucky that a friend recommended her to me when I decided to purchase in South Hampton. I did not have the in depth knowledge of the market so I needed someone I could trust and who could guide me in my search.
