Pat is a “go-getter”. She introduced me to her daughter Karin Marineau who definitely has her mom’s spirit. She went over and beyond the ‘call of duty’ with all the details that I needed to buy this beautiful home and at the same time sell my condo. Both Pat and Karin made the transition from buyer to seller a breeze. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am for both of these beautiful ladies being part of my new outlook on life. Thanks again Berkshire and Hathaway for great agents. Sheila Cairns
