As first-time home sellers, we needed just the type of guidance that Pat provided. She answered all of our questions, and thoroughly explained the selling process every step of the way. She was always available either by phone, text or email, and we really appreciated that she always came to us, rather than requiring that we go to her office. The color brochure with photos of our house was outstanding, and a wonderful keepsake for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and have already recommended her to a friend who will soon be selling a family home.
