Pat McComas is a joy to work with. She really knows Real Estate well and also knows the Baltimore and DC region well. She was able to find a house exactly like we wanted and also find ways to reduce our tax bill on our property. That was a good monthly saving for us which made our total mortgage payments affordable. She also had very good tips for home repairs and also some contacts for good handymen.
