Pat assisted our family with a re-location from another state. She worked tirelessly with my family to ensure we found a home perfect for our family. Pat wanted us to have a home not just a house. Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful because we were not from the area/state/this part of the country. Pat's expertise of home buying was impressive. She made sure we were getting a quality home in the end. We absolutely LOVE our home. She would respond to phone calls no matter what time of day. In fact, I texted her on a Sunday and she called me back within 3 minutes. Pat really fought for us to make sure we were getting the best home for our money. We were able to purchase a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and stay within our financial comfort zone. I would recommend Pat to anyone re-locating or currently in the MD/VA area. Pat is a wonderful human being and great realtor. If we ever buy another home, she will be our realtor.
