I am forever grateful for Ms. Dowtin. She made a very hard and emotional situation easier to bear. Dealing with the passing of a parent is NEVER easy... having to settle an estate is arduous... taking on the responsibility of selling the house you grew up in... an unspeakable task. Ms. Dowtin stepped up and stepped in with words of encouragement, that extra push when needed and that certain "something" that made the bitter batter better! Ms. Dowtin took the time to explain how the process would work, she gave her expert opinion on what needed to be done and WHY certain things needed to be done.
