I immediately found Pam to be warm, friendly, professional, very efficient, and very smart in her profession as well as the neighborhoods she felt I would be comfortable in based on my desires, needs, and budget. She was EXTREMELY patient with me touring many, many homes in this crazy market and did not push me into anything just to make a sale. She would meet me at the homes and pick up on things I might have mentioned that I didn’t want, even zoomed with me when I couldn’t be there. Her concern for resell was communicated to me as well. She was also very resourceful for my move in needs for floor plans, contractors, property tax info, cleaning, and movers.
